Cheese-ology, a brand spanking new mac & cheese spot, jus cracked the seal oN the front doors on June 29th. Located at 6602 Delmar Boulevard, Cheese-ology is the brain child of first time restaurant owner Bill Courtney, a former medical researcher at Washington University.
