Resident Evil: Afterlife reviewed by Miata L. Harris
The 4th installment of Resident Evil is in 3D. Normally im against action movies in 3D, due to prior movies being really bad in 3D (Clash of the Titans, Last Airbender), but PLEASE DO see this in 3D!
I dont want to give away too much of the plot but I'll say this...
This movie pleased me and the audience with the hallowed trinity: girls, gore and guns.
Who doesn't like those?!
The action was awesome- A kind of Matrix Of The Dead, Afterlife mixes mild horror with kung-fu action.
The best set-piece features the figure of the ‘Axeman’ from the games. A behemoth of pain and malice, the dude just appears from nowhere to attack! Blood, people and bullets fly towards you in 3D and the action is neverending.
3.8 out of 5 stars
Thats all for now! stay tuned for the next review!
P.S. - Yes ladies, Boris Kodjoe is in this installment, Sexy as ever! (I just went to see him! LMAO)
