i'm kinda torn.... I am a product of old school butt whipping but i'm also a student of new techinques.. i wonder if the police will go after him for the vid.... *shrugs*

That child has someone who cares about him. Tough love is the way to go. Ten years from now, he will still be living to tell of his whipping. If he joins a gang like he posted, that might not be the case.
I don't think he whooped him good enough, he wasn't crying. If more of our men took a stand like that, they may not have to worry about the police whooping on him later. I applaud the uncle. I got the same thing growning up and I apprecitated my parents more and have not been in trouble one day in my life. That's what's wrong with our children today, parents are scared to whoop them. The kids are whooping on the parents. I'm raising 3 boys, 2 of them already past my height. They got the same thing and I wish they would think they are too old to get a whooping, I'm OLD SKOOL all the way.

i was a single parent, i raised a great child. we had a understanding when he done wrong he got the belt. not abuse but just what i got when i was growing up, the belt. he is 34 and a great working parent. he spanks also. i do not have to support him money or anything. GOD SAID SPARE THE ROD SPOIL THE CHILD parents you are not doing your children favors when you dont make them behave
